Paid a premium for a so-called Premiere room, which felt more like a budget motel. Arrived to find unclean bathrooms and scratchy sheets that made for an uncomfortable night. The location was nice, offering great views, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the room were disappointing. While the lobby exuded tropical charm, my room's moldy smell and mediocre mattress left much to be desired. Despite good food options at the bar, the value for the price paid didn’t align with expectations.

The heated pool was exceptional. The swim-up bar? Not so much—ordering seemed like a circus act with unclear staff and limited drink options. Multiple stays show it's reliable for couples and families alike. The gym is fully equipped, no compromises. The rooms were clean, bolstered by friendly staff. cleanliness was a concern on this visit. Toe nail clippings on the floor and a leaking air conditioner ruined my experience. Promised follow-ups from management fell flat. Dining was underwhelming, with bizarrely oversized shrimp on po’ boys and lackluster tacos. This place has potential, but it desperately needs better staffing and attention to customer service. The value just doesn’t add up with these issues.

Great location, however the condo we had on the 12th floor was decorated cute, but it was kinda old. It also wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to have been. There were dishes still in dishwasher, I had to clean down tables and the table in dining area was filthy. I used two paper towels and lots of brown dirt on it. The bathrooms appeared pretty clean, but just old. There was no Keurig, no laundry in the condo. The coffee pot was actually in the dishwasher too.

The location is nice, I liked the lobby, the gift shop and the lady in the gift shop was the sweetest, the rules they had for wearing masks and only one party per elevator were good, however some people tried to ignore it. The Sapphire spa was wonderful! The restaurant was pretty nice, great service, very clean. The pool area was beautiful, the drinks from the Palapa bar were nice and the food although the quesadilla 4 pieces for like $14 was too pricey!

Not as clean as I would have liked, especially during this time There were no towels, we had to ask for them There were no social distancing regulations in the pool. People were shoulder to shoulder The condos for the price are too old for what they’re charging I’m still not sure what my resort fee paid for.

The view from our room was breathtaking and we woke up to the sound of waves. The coffee shop downstairs fueled our adventures with amazing brews. Plus, the heated pool was an absolute dream after a day on the beach!

Fairly clean hotel, I loved staff and location. An amazing stay with a nice swimming pool. Lobby was nice. Set very close to beach as well as stores in the beach area.

The beach is just a short walk away, which is a huge plus. The outside pool area is a nice touch, though it could use a bit more attention. The staff are friendly and always ready to help!

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like beach access, a heated swimming pool, and friendly staff who helped me find attractions, I always feel at home. Don’t miss the tasty bar and grill meals. I’m coming back for a weekend!

The hotel's prime spot is just a short stroll away from the beach and the vibrant local dining scene, with great places to eat like Las Olas Restaurant Grill & Bar only about 500 meters away and Fisherman's Wharf just under 2.5 km away, ensuring you can enjoy delicious meals and stunning views all within walking distance; plus, the pool area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While the amenities are solid, the room sizes could be slightly more spacious.
